We had the camera out this afternoon and Hob"Ooops, word censored!" felt like posing nicely on Mollys shoulder for all her fans.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hob"Ooops, word censored!" didn't bother to lay any eggs last year, I think Olive Poland must've told her that all the best chickens never lay, but her face has gone quite red all of a sudden so we're hopeful of a few eggs this year.

She's a bantam Frizzle. Not to be confused with frizzle Pekins. Pure Frizzles have clean legs.

I thought Hobhob was a chick too - she's got no comb at all . She looks like such a little character though, I bet you can forgive her for not laying .

 

She's never been overly blessed in the comb department, and with not laying it shrunk right back. She's Mollys favourite, they have a really close bond and if she could, Hob"Ooops, word censored!" would live on Mollys shoulder
