My garden furniture is at the opposite side of the garden and OH was just at his friend's house, when his trampoline 'took off'! Here we go..... I've got my first hen party on saturday and thank goodness they have forecast sunshine, but cold and windy. Think we are going to miss the horrible weather. When I came home from work at 2pm I was driving through sand storms so at least the rain has damped everything down. Parked car at daughter's school and then 15min walk to bank. Result - as soon as I parked the car it was rain, wind and sleet! Bah humbug! Son camping near a beach in Sussex for a birthday bash - did he really take his coat? Lots of his crowd but I guess a sleepless night for them and all huddled together for warmth - assuming tent hasn't blown away! Blowing a gale and horizontal rain/sleet and snow. Don't think I will be cleaning out the eglus today. Girls are all huddled together in the run. Glad all the shades are on!
