When I am having a realy rubbish day (long story)

The forum always cheers me up, makes me laugh so much

that I often spray my screen with my coffee

It is a lovely, friendly and sometimes funny forum.

 

What made me laugh today was the thread in 'Chickens' about the forum member who had been away for 8 days and returned only to find out her mum had fed the chickens corn all the time she was away!

My lot did wonder why I was giggling to myself in the study. Now they just go - "oh, mum's on the forum again " DD did ask me if I was addicted and I had to confess that I was a bit!

I agree I love this place, there's not another like it IMO. The Admin and Mods are lovely here as well, unlike a lot of other forums.

Kate, I Hope your days are filled with laughter and sunshine. This is such a great thread, I was just today thinking the very same thing. I know that whenever I'm feeling down or having a particularly awful day, I can count on the forum and the members to make me laugh.

Absolutely. I would never have been inspired to grow vegetables or make jam/marmalade/chutney etc if it wasn't for the forum.

 

Downside.....too many delicious recipes to try out, especially of the cake variety.
