gongladosh
looking at the number registration web sites, I could have a truly great personal plate if I change my name to MIL3431
beach chick
I do think it's madness, but if I was mega-rich money no object etc etc, I would have: CRE 55Y (cos my name's Cressy, innit?!)

Snowy
Yes this is a very old thread that has just been dredged up! Anyway, we bought a new car in March and had a personalised plate assigned to us! It was a 11 reg, then the last 3 letters are OH's initials. How cool is that?
Lewis
Even better!
Reikiranf
I don't have an ideal numberplate but I saw one that I liked last year it was A1 HEN, I wondered if it belonged to anyone on here but didn't like to ask
LuckyChickenLover-
I saw a car that had 'LCL' on the number plate today. I come home and someone has dragged up a tread about them. 1UCKY C41CK3N L0V3R would be cool but it's a bit long!
stehaggan
i have always wanted T4 STE because ste is my name and writing it like that looks like "taste" lol so it would be a tasteful car haha last time i googled it it was near the region of £15,000 so i think a lotto win would be in order! Sam
I was looking at the new xx11 plates and I soo wanted this because I've always said I wanted one and I had never seen one as good as that! But considering I can't drive yet it was stupid ha ha. S M11NDY It was so perfect (if you can see the 11 looks like a U ) It cost around £500, but it would have to be put on atleast a 2011 car, and it costs something like £100 each year you don't put it on your car and I didn't like the look of that My parents have ones on their cars, but it's just their initials. Alis girls
Mine would be ALI5ON'5. - I see a lot of medical number plates (being in the trade) seen MMR, ECG and HVS (ladies only!)
Lesley
I had to change my Mini last March but the dealers wouldn't give me a choice of registration until the month before it was due, then they said it would be the week before so I got in a strop (who? me? ) and looked for something I could remember..........all the good ones were too expensive but I did manage to find one with my initials, and an easy number, for a reasonable price. It's great as my menopausal brain can remember it A few months later we had to get rid of OH's Defender and my Mini and buy one vehicle, I changed the registration to the new car, it was a bit of a faff but didn't take too long......it did confuse the hell out of the insurance company though
Plum
Can't believe I am seeing this thread. I pick up my new car next week and dropped in to dealer to have a look. My initials are WW so mouth was open when I saw the registration. WW11HEN OH was really cross that I'd been for a sneak look
