Griffin Posted December 21, 2009 Share Posted December 21, 2009 We finally got a bit of snow this morning, several days behind everyone else it would seem So there I was, at 8am, outside annoying the chooks with my camera The ex-batts are joyous whatever the weather, even snow hasn't rained on their parade, they're so amazing. She lays very dark brown eggs so I'm guessing Wheaton Maran x Sussex. She's just coming out of a neck moult, her headgear is pinking up again but normally she has a huge comb. She loves cuddles, she just stands there waiting to be picked up. I'd highly recommend Faverolles to anyone, there's not a nasty bone in her.
