My mum likes saying 'O, whats occurring!' :shameonu::lol:

We have to quote everything ... songs, lines, anything  Its normally stupid stuff that no-one has ever seen though, we seem to be on Summer Heights High and Glee at the moment

Then theres the family ones from stupid stuff people have said or couldn't pronounce when we were little

TV and Film common here too :D

From TV everything from South Park to Fawlty Towers, with Buffy the Vampire being a firm favourite.

From Film everything from Clueless to Monty Python films.

I noticed that someone had a line from Bill and Ted on their signature (can't remember who - sorry  ) and I got rather excited :P

Every time my OH asks me to "put another log on the fire"

I burst into song ' Ch Ch Ch Changes' by David Bowie :lol:

Starting with the line put another log on the fire for me , I need some breakfast and coffee!!!

He's not a Bowie fan and is not impressed

Black Adder quotes are used frequently in our house too :D

I like the "I'm gonna eat you little fishy" I have been known to use occasionally (Cat in Red Dwarf)

But my ultimate favourite is

"I love it when a plan comes together." Do you remember that? Ahhh my George.

"Them Dukes them Dukes!" Er yeeehaaaa

"It's big and it's black and it's hairy and I be afraid of it!" I think that was The Phantom Raspberry Blower of old London Town in the Two Ronnies.

And again quite often said to Murray "A pu A pu A pu A pu A puritan am I" then adding "So doff your cap unto the fair maiden" - which line I think came first in the song. Two Ronnies with the Morris dancers

And "you stupid boy"

along with "don't panic"

I'd forgotten the cunning plan - we like that too.

Oh Liam will never be my George, Cinnamon. :D But he looks a dead ringer in the piccy - I'm sure he'll do a brilliant job - he is rather nice too. Er the new Face looks quite creepy. I am guessing that Mr T will make an appearance somewhere - I hope so.

Those Foooools!

Blackadder ("you look like a bird that's swallowed a plate  ") and Dad's Army ("don't tell him your name, Pike" ) regulars in this house :D .

Last year we were catching the ferry and the family in the car on the other side of us were having a shouted conversation into the intercom with a remote ticket lady. We heard her say 'And whats your name?' At which point my OH stuck his head out of the window and yelled back 'Don't tell her your name Pike' and sped off....Talk about embarrassing

We all come out with stuff quoted from various 'Monty Python'. The kids can quote a load from 'The Meaning of Life' despite not yet having been allowed to see it

Also 'Red Dwarf', 'Waynes World' and 'The Hitchhikers Guide' (radio series). The paranoid android is one of DS1's all time favourite characters...
