Smart Feeder - Light sensor values

It was quite bright at 7am but clouded over quite rapidly. It is the first time this year when I didn't need lights on to get breakfast ready

 

It is dull with a bitterly cold wind, and we have snow flurries forecast for later this afternoon.

 

I am sitting here with 3 layers on and my feet on my Beddy Bear. brrr

Just looked out of the window and it's pouring down now. Whoopie doo.

Bitterly cold here and looks like it could start snowing any minute. The sky has got that funny gray/brown tinge that usually means snow.

Well, none of yesterday's snow settled.

 

Today dawned bright and mild, but has clouded over and we're promised rain.... yet MORE wet!

It is dark, cold and wet here. Very miserable infact.

Snowed all last night here & it's still snowing. Most awful winter that I can remember & I'm trying hard to be polite

I really feel for those of you in Scotland this winter, it has been awful.

 

We had a bright mild start, but it has clouded over now and rain is coming in later.

Woke up to it pouring down with rain and now it's drying up and we have a clear blue sky and sunshine!!

Just grey here but at least it's dry with a breeze. The sun has tried to poke through, but it only gets as far as a fuzzy light grey ball in the sky.

Heavy snow, sleet and rain today. the wind is gale force and it is freezing cold

 

The road from work was flooded this afternoon and I only just managed to drive through it. Lane to the cottage also quite flooded and the lawn where the Eglu is sited. I have moved the Eglu but will probably pull it further up towards the house later just in case the field ditch overflows tonight.

Grey most of the day with a little blue sky first thing.

Now it's raining and looks set for the rest of the day.

I haven't looked out recently, but it was 7deg and raining when I walked the dog at 6pm.

Well it certainly is mild. Just seen the news and one of the headlines is that this January was the warmest on record. I would beg to differ there - I have been out in the garden for quite a while in years gone by without the need for a jumper - this January I haven't gone out without my coat!

Mild gloomy start but the sun is coming out now and the clouds diminishing. I don't think we'll have it long - rain tomorrow and snow on Sunday - oh great, stuck in Newbury at the bantam show - I can't think of anywhere worse to be.
