I'm still struggling with everything to be honest but I just you to know that I've just had Ashley's mock GCSE results and his report and wanted to share them with you. He was due to take his GCSEs in May. His Headteacher has been in touch with the examination boards and they have agreed to posthumously award him his GCSEs in August based on his coursework and mock results. His Fischer estimates were for him to gain all A's in his final exams. English A English Lit B Maths B Biology B Chemistry B Physics B Business Studies C Geography B German C History A ICT - GCSE A* Systems and Control A As you can imagine, I'm so very very proud of him but feel so very sad that after putting in such a lot of hard work, he isn't here to reap the rewards for all his effort. I just cried and cried when I read them He worked harder on his school work, than anyone I have ever met. He was such a bright boy from when he was tiny and, unlike me, he absolutely loved school and always gave everything 100%. I know that solely based on his coursework he would have got A's for all his subjects, so it will be interesting to see what the exam boards award him when we receive his GCSE results in August as these are his mock results from the exams he sat during the two weeks prior to his accident.
