Re smelly feet Ali, it says your feet are "pre-rinsed" .........presumably this would sort any smelly problems to a respectable degree ..........

 

Can I catch any diseases?

No, certainly not! These fish cannot transfer any diseases to humans. You will pre-rinse your feet and have your own dedicated fish and water pod, except if you select a partner or sharing therapy spa. Water is sterilized and fish are constantly changed, ensuring the utmost hygiene.

 

it's not clear if the water is changed between treatments .............mmmm questions to be asked I feel

It took me a while to work out what the website was about . Till I saw the word fish and it dawned on me . I think I'd give it a go .

This happened to us overseas once. .....we went in for a dip and these tiny little fishes started nibbling at our feet.

They liked hubby's best!

If they get Southampton or Brighton opened before Christmas I might get a session for my Nan..she used to love having her feet scrubbed & pumiced by us as children

It is really odd feeling - you can feel them nibbling! But they only take the dead skin, and my feet have NEVER looked better - before or since!

 

Dead skin is something they would naturally feed on (although not humans feet!!) and if they are not hungry, or don't like your feet, they simply swim away...

 

I can recommend it!!

I think it's a great idea - but I shiver at the thought of touching fish anyway, let alone letting them nibble my toes!

Oooh I'm quite undecided about this. I like the thought of lovely, glowing clean feet but I 'm not sure I'm too keen on fishies nibbling at my toes - I don't like swimming in the sea in case I get nibbled by a fish! Plus I am v. ticklish.

 

But... I am tempted to have a go when the Peterborough one opens
