We have just very dull conditions with a cold breeze, not windy or wet like you Clare although not that far away. It looks like it will be snow here not in North Wales that will stop us travelling on Saturday.

So much for me saying that it wasn't raining. I popped out in my lunch hour and came out of a shop to be greeted by biblical hail followed by heavy rain We have so much water everywhere now.

Snow and blowing here today and one minute sun out and next white out and blow and lorries sticking on and off all morning. It was icy as well so with the wind and the snow its really treacherous.

It's been raining all day today, but I hvae just looked out of the window and suddenly we have snow! I don't think it will settle today, but we are forecast heavy snow for Saturday.

My Mum and Dad return from holiday tomorrow night, flying into Gatwick. Hope it stays clear for their landing and journey home.

We had a light dusting a couple of hours ago but it has settled only on the hills. Bitterly cold wind and blue blue skies Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Snow showers for most of the day with a few Hail stones thrown in as well. We had heavy rain last night so lots of puddles on the road this morning, they have now frozen solid so along with the frozen snow on the roads my drive home from work was not nice. Temperature -3c now although it feels much colder with the strong wind blowing.

Well it was too wet to stick, but it is now doing proper sticky snow. It's been black all day here!
