patsylabrador
Not sure how but ES got dried rice in his laptop. The more he uses it, the rice jumps around. It sounds a bit like a rainstick. The laptop works perfectly well - so far.

bluekarin
Just looking for Eglus on ebay, and saw one for sale with my photo Then I realised it's the one I uploaded onto Omlet website... misleading for the buyer as the photo was taken on the first day of having the eglu Was it someone else's listing? I had someone do that with a cat flap I was selling. They took my pictures AND my description and used it to list their own item. I contacted them and told them they weren't allowed to do that and they had to change it otherwise I'd contact ebay. The woman got back to me pretty sharpish and apologised and changed her listing pics and description. It's worrying when people do things like that. What's to say they even have the item? The Dogmother
Frantic scramble during my lunchbreak; Rosie texted me from school just beforehand.... could I drop a clean shirt off to her at school; someone had chucked a container of ketchup in the cafe at break time and she was covered in sticky stuff! Only just managed to drive over there with a clean shirt, grab some lunch and let the dogs out before coming back. I have indigestion now

Lewis
I think the ebay problem is from the "Sell something like this" button? I've got my 20 presentation about Placement to do tomorrow afternoon, its all ready and should go ok, I tend to rush it and talk too fast though! ... then straight on the train back home to go to work and set up for The National on Friday! The Dogmother
OK, so what have you bought... is it a hen? I keep meaning to set up a paypal account so that I can sell some stuff; I have resisted fro years after my account was hacked in the very early days and I shut it down. I've only ever bought though, not sold, so it'll be a steep learning curve.
Lavenders_Blue
Tango caught a rather large cock pheasant this morning My Mum, on the other hand was delighted. I managed to wrestle it away from Tango quite quickly so it wasn't too mangled, then popped it in a bag and took it round to Mum and Dad's. It was skinned and gutted with no further ado and is now sitting in their fridge waiting to be casseroled for tea. Nothing wasted in our family! It is the most boring job in the world though, still getting paid for sitting on your backside is not bad
The Dogmother
That's the only thing - I think she'd get bored, but if other avenues for work dry up, then it's a good option. We've a local sports centre and a 50m open air pool - the latter is just 800 yards away, so really handy. Are you looking to change jobs then, or is this for lifeguarding work near Uni? Geoid
This is for lifeguarding work near uni, but I am still employed back in London, so I can work during the holidays when im at home too.
