The Dogmother
Off you go then Egluntyne... we need the low-down on this one. I wonder how many people have pitched up for a viewing just for the sake of it.
WitchHazel
They were probably worried that people would break in and take their soft furnishings. lol
Spinning Top
Holy cow.......... I tried the 'see more properties like this one' link. How on earth would the Estate Agents decide what to put on there?
chicken bark
Thanks Chucky Mama brilliant find. I like Tasha's idea for the walk in run. I think I shall be happy to live with my own hideous carpets for a few more years (they are positively understated in comparison ). Every room certainly has a 'wow factor'. I can't work out why they thought the Tudor exterior and the country cottage bedroom went with the set of Bonanza?

Space Chick
Well I love it particularly the rather stylish plastic chains in the garden and the private sign... Thought you could hang a load of cabbages off them chains for your hens
Couperwife
i love the red plastic lobsters in the kitchen I can just imagine the photographer going back to the office..."you will never believe what this house looks like... cathy x
snowberry
My eyes have gone all squiffy. I'd like there to be a photographer to take photos of potential viewers after they've see the property as they're walking down the garden path I bet they'd look like this:
Looney
Gosh Chintz ahoy! It is so totally not my style but I do admire whoever it belongs to for creating their home to their own taste and doing it with such gusto!
Guest
Oh dear - even the garage is half-timbered! (well half - painted)
bluekarin
Good gracious my eyes! So, will the estate agent make some suggestions in a few months after they have had no views? Actually, they might have plenty of views, just no offers

chickencam
I was downstairs browsing on my phone which wouldn't load the pictures,so I had to come up and have a look on the 'big' screen, I think that my phone had the right idea The bedroom was the star of the show. craftyhunnypie
Hmmm! I can't quite believe it! The bedroom , the loo - just like The Theatre Royal!!! Absolutely awful! The only bit I like is the kitchen - quite Scandinavian. I bet the estate agents are thinking they ARE going to sell it, due to the amount of views it has had on their website. My instant thought even from the outside was it was one of those glorios ' chalets' from Big Fat Gypsy Wedding Program. Emma.x
WitchHazel
Although the decor is not to my taste (and, I confess, I called my DH over to chuckle with him at the fake beams), I really admire the amount of work that they've obviously put in to it.And good for them for doing what they like with their own house. There are also probably a lot of people (certainly my grandparents generation, maybe even my parents generation) who would like the chintzy style of the bedrooms/bathroom.
