Goosey Lucy
OH has suggested we go out to the cinema tonight. I've suggested we go tomorrow instead
bluekarin
As much as I want to know, I will not be watching tonight. I will however watch it on the ITV player tomorrow morning. I need to not read or look at anything that might spoil it for me
Chortle Chook
OH has suggested we go out to the cinema tonight. I've suggested we go tomorrow instead This is a must watch event in our house too. Pizza will be ordered in . . .I'm certainly not missing any re-cap at the start while cleaning dishes, as I'll need all the help I can get in tying the various clues together Here's hoping that a) it is an exciting end b) it is all well explained - Agatha Christie stlye
CatieB
And to think that when it started I nearly decided not to watch it on the basis it was on for 8 weeks and thought I'd loose interest or miss episodes how wrong can you be Don't tell my husband I said these words...I admit it I was wrong
Janepie33
Got a text from a Greek friend last night asking if he could come and stay............ tonight!!! Will have to ask him to be silent for 65 mins!

Cinnamon
Told you it wasn't the Vicar! It was great, wasn't it...so well acted & just brilliantly written. This is what good British drama is all about....more of the same please.
Luvachicken
I wish I'd put money on it but I didn't.
Tweety
I'm not surprised by the identity of the killer, but the motive was a bit of a shock - that had never occurred to me, I must say. Interesting that they say Broadchurch will be back.
Janepie33
WOW! Excellent! Yep, knew it was him, but not why. So sad for the whole community.
LolaLayla
Great drama. The acting was fantastic. I am sorry it is over
CatieB
Must be just me disappointed then. I thought that story line was weak and a cop out to go down that route. The acting was great..
Egluntyne
Am glad it's coming back. I wonder if Ellie will be in the next series? I'd guessed it was Joe, but was surprised that they hit us with his identity so early in the episode. Clever to throw so many red herrings into the plot. It certainly had everyone talking. bluekarin
I have just finished watching it I guessed correctly, but not the reason why. I really felt for Ellie. I can't see how they will do another series with the same name though. I did feel the episode did drag out a bit, but I think they did that to get the emotion across. All in all a really good series that kept my interest all the way through.
Chortle Chook
It was brilliant. Of all the potential suspects I'd missed Joe completely. The way it unravelled was brilliant and the acting was superb
chucknette
I thought the big clue was in Miller saying to Susan "How could you not know what your husband was doing?" It came back to her when the lads Mum said "How could you not have known?" I told my OH it is him but I didnt know the reason why.
Alis girls
i couldnt quite get my head round the reason given- all a bit weird. He was an 11 yr old for goodness sake.
Peaches
Yes, have to admit I really enjoyed the series, but was a leetle bit disappointed with the denouement - didn't understand it fully. However, will be back if they do another series.
surfer_chicken
I didn't quite get the motive, but I loved that they spent a good 40 minutes on the aftermath once we discovered whodunnit.
