In fact it must have been good weather as the fighter jets flew over in the afternoon for the first time in ages, unfortunately I think Beryl must have taken fright (and flight!) as when I went to give them their afternoon corn I found she was in with feather plucker Carol, and Agnes was on her own. Luckily Beryl was ok and after a bit of juggling (she is impossible to catch) I got her back to the right run. I managed to get the chooks cleaned out although we did have some unexpected drizzle. Heavy showers this morning.
