The Dogmother Posted January 15, 2015 Share Posted January 15, 2015 We have had a windy day of sudden torrential showers closely followed by bright sunshine, it has been so changeable Same here, got drenched a couple of times and was pretty cold through by the end of the day, despite wearing 5 layers and keeping on the move. Snow now deep-frozen overnight and somewhat crunchy under foot - cleaner than trampling mud in though. chickencam Posted January 20, 2015 Share Posted January 20, 2015 Arctic wind today, the temperature showing on thermometer is actually a degree or so higher, no ice around but it feels so much colder because of the wind. I even had to put the radiator on in our bedroom because it was 6.9 degrees in there when we got in from work curtesy of two small windows open slightly.
