Cat tails Posted January 29, 2015 Share Posted January 29, 2015 We've had a lot of hail today off and on. When I drove to work this morning (on my motorcycle) the highway turned white within seconds. Thank goodness I wasn't working outside today; I had the day off, and was walking the dogs when it hit - but I was bundled up and had my Sealskinz waterproof socks, thermal gloves and hat on, so was dry and snug. When I left for school it was -3 and rose to a warm -1.5 by the time I got to school. Tonight I went to archery, got to Stamford and it started to snow. Did what I needed to do at archery and came straight home I was glad I didn't stay and shoot as it was already settling on the A43 and our village road was covered.
