hillfamily Posted August 23, 2008 Share Posted August 23, 2008 When I went to let the baby girls out of their run this morning, Dixie was dead She was OK when I let them out of the eglu this morning and I found her just in the entrance of the eglu. I think she must have had a heart attack Although they have only been with me for 10 weeks (since they were 8 weeks old) they had all developed their own little chicken characters. I have watched them grow into big Baby Girls, lose their little cheeps and get up to all sorts of mischief Dixie was so sweet and in the evenings she would follow me (and the sweetcorn tin) around the garden as I herded everyone back to their runs.
