Ana's flock Posted September 17, 2008 Share Posted September 17, 2008 OOOO Well done me! ...but I'm totally a-retentive when it comes to colour, e.g the other night I dreamt of a jumper (yes, it does happen often...), I drew it, designed it and went about shopping for the right colour yarn, something that on my screen looks like this. After visiting a couple of knitting shops and not finding the right shade (a cross between petrol and Prussian blue), I bought some stuff on e-bay and I'm now knitting it... mixing three different strands to get the right shade! You might have guessed I am an absolute nightmare to go shopping with . I'm wearing a lovely shade of pure white shirt with soft brown leather straps... the stick I'm holding in my mouth to type with is also a rather fetching shade... So to the point of colours being importnant to me the green for the mods is horrendous next to the green for the posts and other users. Its garish.
