What is it exactly that the mods do? I'm sure its a very important job, I just dont fully understand it. I know they edit stuff if we are being rude or nasty (not that that ever happens in omlet land). How does it work. Do they work set shifts so somebody is always moderating? Or are we sometimes left to our own devices?

 

We don't have shifts HEN, although it helps that some of us are skylarks and others are night owls, so we get pretty good coverage. Experience on the forum and chicken-savvyness are a must though
