Egluntyne
Sleeting here. A bit of a surprise as it didn't seem that cold to me.
Ain't Nobody Here
I actually squeaked in surprise when I opened the curtains this morning . We had about 2 inches (which must have fallen after 3.30am as I got up for a drink of water).
Blackrocksrock
we also have the white dreaded stuff and its not nice driving in it as I had to travel to elgin for my first aid refresher course and back - not looking forward to tomorrow morning as will be frosty tonight too. Helly Welly
Wet and mild here today. I read today that if it's wet on Candlemas (today) then winter will not return so yippee for me. For those who have snow, winter is not done with you yet i'm afraid
Egluntyne
Quite a heavy fall of snow here for a couple of hours last night. Roads clear this morning.
ali-s
Snow for us every day since Friday, only tiny amounts settling thank goodness. So very cold this morning We have a huge great hole in the kitchen ceiling leading up to the loft , a hole ready for the stairs to our loft conversion. The temperature hasn't gone above 6c in the kitchen since Monday and the rest of the house is colder as well. Do not ever have a loft conversion done in the Winter especially when it has been the coldest, snowiest Winter for 30 years

Valkyrie
If Claret posts about snow on here I shall go out the back door and wave my fist at the sky with a few choice words. Just drizzle here so far.
