I'm still trying to get to grips with the names for all the different feather patterns. The books I've found just show an individual feather for any given pattern and not what you see on the overall hen. If anyone knows of a book that really shows the different colours I'd love to know what it is as I could do with it in my reference library. I'm new to this The breeder told me Constance (on the left) was a splash Orpington and Augusta is a Blue Orpington.
