A couple of quick thoughts

 

1) Unique selling point - prepare something that will separate you from the rest.

 

2 Prepare a 30 second statement about you and your qualities and experience etc and use it at the end. you know, when they say " and have you any questions" You use this time to thank the interviewers for seeing you and to use your 30 second "wow" statement.

Funny thing is, in some ways I'm more nervous about having to tell my work I'm leaving if I get offered the job . I've got such good friends there and will really miss them.

one final thought - you have an interview because they already think you can do the job just focus on why you can do it better than anyone else

Just spent an hour on the phone with my s-i-l who threw all kinds of questions at me (including the ones you've suggested) - scary stuff, but when I thought about it I can come up with good answers. Just hope I don't freeze or start babbling tomorrow .
