Laura007 Posted March 11, 2007 Share Posted March 11, 2007 That's fine Laura, you can have it next! if you want to read it next feel free, it will keep your mind nice and active while your back is playing up. healthy mind healthy body and all that. a good trick for easing a bad back is to use a pack of frozen peas then alternate it with a hot water bottle wrapped upin a towel, 20 mins each and do it for 3 rotations. So, it would be a good idea to check with your parents & tell them what it's all about before you do that.It would then mean that when you've finished you pm the next person who's requested it after you, to ask for their address, and you have to pay the postage at that stage. Do you think you're happy about that? I'm happy about that! My parents won't mind and I always pay postage on my stuff so that's fine too!
