At the end all the bands, including the pipe band, played Highland Cathedral - it was amazing, I had a lump in my throat! ... I'm getting to go to the cinema tomorrow with the kids from school. Also we got lots of invitations yesterday - 5 in total for parties, nights out, lunches...all on the same day! I like things to look forward to. edit- the events are not on the same day! I can spend them with my lovely gang who I hate being away from. Because my friend from Wales is coming to stay at the weekend (even if she's quite sad but it will be lovely to see her) Because I can see my chickens today because it's daylight and I'm home! Looking forward to catching up with the girls and to a little retail therapy too! We all lost touch around 20 years ago but met up again at a birthday party earlier this year and it was like we had never been apart. Although thankfully we have lost our 80's perms and shoulder pads. Oh! My lovely new is due next week after 6 - 7 weeks of endless waiting so there's another good reason to smile and be happy !!
