Guest Posted November 15, 2008 Share Posted November 15, 2008 I wasn't sure whether to post this or not but as you were all so kind and supportive over the last 8 months, I just thought I should let you know. My dad passed away on Wednesday after 8 months of battling all his post op problems. We were all with him. It was pretty peaceful, he just stopped breathing. We're all heartbroken as you can imagine. We're going to miss him so much. I have so many brilliant memories of my dad, he was so kind, generous, loving, supportive and lots of fun! I just wish he hadn't suffered so much in his last months, it just doesn't seem fair somehow. It's been a hell of a year and we've tried to keep positive, as we always thought he would come home eventually, but it wasn't meant to be.
