ali-s
I wasn't expecting very much at all with all our building work and just having installed the wood burner so I was very surprised at receiving Victorian Farm book British birds book Black knee high boots Pandoras box DS game Curious Village DS game A pair of white slippers, not at all practical in the current state of the cottage An extra wide Sheila Maid, had this a couple of weeks now and the tumble drier is redundant, it is brilliant A splitting Maul, again an early pressie. Valkyrie
Def Leppard and ZZ Top CD's. Lots of money which has gone towards the new An apron for the garden with a pocket for my mobile phone - er I think it's that black thing that makes a noise occasionally. Knickers 2 torch keyrings that make a noise when you press the torch button. One is a quacking duck and the other a mooing cow. Not one chocolate! Probably a good thing though. I did buy myself more quilt books though. I nearly forgot - an Omlet chickeny dishy thing to put your stirring spoons when you're cooking bits. A pair of cow print Ugg type slippers (from Primark) which are really cosy, long enough to tuck my tracky bottoms into and have a great non slip thick sole on them, and A yummy little box of Beech's Rose Creams (from Julian Graves) of which there are only 6 of the original 11 chocolates left I am really trying to savour them, honest

docsquid
Lots of fantastic presents on here. The best present of all was spending two days with DH and his Mum, nice and quiet, resting and enjoying each others' company. DH bought me an iPod dock for the kitchen (the old Hi-Fi had broken). AND he bought me a new food processor. The old one was completely worn out, and the new one is fab. I've been making soups and all kinds of lovely stuff. You don't know how bad the old one has got until you get a new one that works. I also got an Abel and Cole seasonal cookbook and some other cookbooks. I got him an iPod, a chainsaw helmet and some billhooks for use at the wildlife site. He's well chuffed with them. The family got handmade items including candles, chutneys, calendars and jams. And eggs, of course The chickens got some grapes. The cats got new collars and the wrapping paper to shred. All in all, we enjoyed Christmas and the presents were useful and needed and very thoughtful. Just hope I can do the new food processor justice!
