With us its Blackadder The children know what we are on about, because they watch it too,but we have had many odd looks when their friends come over....... chick wiggle
Not programmes so much as songs. if anyone accidentally includes a line of a song in whatever they are saying, we always sing the song. Well, if you can call it singing
chickencam
Life don't talk to me about life I'm gonna eat you little fishy - who knows where they come from? There are many more but can't think at the moment

Lewis
My mum likes saying 'O, whats occurring!' Oh! We have to quote everything ... songs, lines, anything Its normally stupid stuff that no-one has ever seen though, we seem to be on Summer Heights High and Glee at the moment Then theres the family ones from stupid stuff people have said or couldn't pronounce when we were little

Griffin
I loved Game on! It's generally lines from Bottom. Charity begins at home, and that's where it ends in this house. One lump or two? Oh and we're forever saying "it gives me the Esthers" Lines from True Blood are starting to creep in
Space Chick
TV and Film common here too From TV everything from South Park to Fawlty Towers, with Buffy the Vampire being a firm favourite. From Film everything from Clueless to Monty Python films. I noticed that someone had a line from Bill and Ted on their signature (can't remember who - sorry ) and I got rather excited
smanners
Every time my OH asks me to "put another log on the fire" I burst into song ' Ch Ch Ch Changes' by David Bowie Starting with the line put another log on the fire for me , I need some breakfast and coffee!!! He's not a Bowie fan and is not impressed Black Adder quotes are used frequently in our house too
Redwing
We lovd Game On too, a popular cry in this house is TEA!
Cinnamon
Smanners, we have a regular one from Blackadder, about logs & fires, which I will not repeat here..... Bill & Ted get a fair look in too,& Ferris Bueller. .... 'Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it'. Ain't Nobody Here
Blackadder ("you look like a bird that's swallowed a plate ") and Dad's Army ("don't tell him your name, Pike" ) regulars in this house .
Valkyrie
I like the "I'm gonna eat you little fishy" I have been known to use occasionally (Cat in Red Dwarf) But my ultimate favourite is "I love it when a plan comes together." Do you remember that? Ahhh my George. "Them Dukes them Dukes!" Er yeeehaaaa "It's big and it's black and it's hairy and I be afraid of it!" I think that was The Phantom Raspberry Blower of old London Town in the Two Ronnies. And again quite often said to Murray "A pu A pu A pu A pu A puritan am I" then adding "So doff your cap unto the fair maiden" - which line I think came first in the song. Two Ronnies with the Morris dancers And "you stupid boy" along with "don't panic"
Cinnamon
But my ultimate favourite is "I love it when a plan comes together." Do you remember that? Ahhh my George. Koojie, did you know that they are re making 'The A-Team' as a movie, with the divine & wonderful Liam Neeson as Hannibal?
Mrs Webmuppet
In our house it's Monty Python and Blackadder too.......... I've got a cunning plan....... It's a sign........no it's a sandal ( mostly whilst in the car )
Valkyrie
I'd forgotten the cunning plan - we like that too. Oh Liam will never be my George, Cinnamon. But he looks a dead ringer in the piccy - I'm sure he'll do a brilliant job - he is rather nice too. Er the new Face looks quite creepy. I am guessing that Mr T will make an appearance somewhere - I hope so. Those Foooools!
Daphne
Blackadder ("you look like a bird that's swallowed a plate ") and Dad's Army ("don't tell him your name, Pike" ) regulars in this house . Last year we were catching the ferry and the family in the car on the other side of us were having a shouted conversation into the intercom with a remote ticket lady. We heard her say 'And whats your name?' At which point my OH stuck his head out of the window and yelled back 'Don't tell her your name Pike' and sped off....Talk about embarrassing

Ain't Nobody Here
Brilliant . (If she'd never seen Blackadder, you wonder what she thought of that .)
Busybird
We all come out with stuff quoted from various 'Monty Python'. The kids can quote a load from 'The Meaning of Life' despite not yet having been allowed to see it Also 'Red Dwarf', 'Waynes World' and 'The Hitchhikers Guide' (radio series). The paranoid android is one of DS1's all time favourite characters...
Sam Palmer
Blackadder, Bill and Ted (OH's all time favourite film), Dad's Army, Red Dwarf, Hitchikers and The Young Ones. However the Young Ones do tend to go over the boys heads as they've never seen it - so it loses some of it's impact!
Couperwife
one of kevs favourite quotes is: they are not rules - they are more like guidelines (always said in a dudgy cornish accent ) cant remember where it came from. another one (when im sorting the socks) is "master has given dobby a sock - Dobby is freeeeeeee" ill try and remember more - his is good at quotes cathy x
