Room 101

Recommended Posts

I'm another who hates football shirts, in addition though I'll go so far as to say I hate any sportswear being worn by anybody not taking part in any sporting activity, including trainers. It's scruffy.

Somebody mentioned *shudder* long toenails *vomit*, I hate feet :vom:

Men with long fingernails.

People who cough or sneeze in the produce section of a supermarket, especially if they cough or sneeze into their hands and then touch the food.

People who don't indicate.

People who haven't a clue which lane to use at a roundabout.

Rudeness.

Liars.

People with low moral standards.

Sprouts.

Cauliflower.

Melon.

Bananas.

People who cannot use the correct they're/their/there.

The word 'apps'. IT'S AN APPLICATION!!!!!!!!!!

People who stand too close to me, especially in a queue.

Kids who leave empty packets/boxes/wrappers etc in the fridge/freezer/cupboards/sideboard.

Mr Griffin says I'm intolerant and hate everyone, he's not far from the truth

hmmmm it''s hard to cull it down to a list that is reasonably proportioned

People who undertake (particularly when they can see you are waiting in a queue because there is a slow car in front overtaking another.)

Queue jumpers.

The motorcyclist who thinks it's OK to drive (at great speed) straight across the park and children play area next to my house all the time. He's nearly hit my dogs so many times.

People who say "oh M.E thats when your just tired, i get tired all the time"

Any layman who offers unsolicited medical advice. If it worked I'd have tried it and the chances are i've heard it at least 10 times. Or who says "i know how you feel." No you don't.

hmmm well thats the things that have happened today, i feel much better for that :D

When I said Snorrers I meant this:-

A Dictionary of Slang and Unconventional English.

'Snorrer'

. ‘A difficult customer’ (M.T.); ‘a scrounger’ (Powis, who spells it snorer): low: C.20. Ex Yiddish shnorrer, a beggar: see esp. Leo Rosten, The Joys of Yiddish, 1968.

Not someone who snores, though room 101 for them too.

Eileen, SWMBO says I'm anti-social and dislike everyone and everything in equal measure.

That's not true I Like Dogs and Chickens...........

The correct way is as Christian says but all 4 other members of the house leave it on top of the empty one on the holder

Oh yes definitely Football shirts and shorts whilst not being a spectator or playing football , especially the horrid material its all made from, reminds me of nylon sheets!!

People that walk into my one carpeted room (where they know i look after babies) with their shoes on, don't know what they could have walked in eww :wink:

I wouldn't expect people to bother on wooden floors though!

Wow no-ones mentioned one of my favourites, CROCS!!

Opinions are divided BB, but the correct way is over the top and down the front.

*Quickly logs out for fear of his own life*

Yep, any other way and I have to change it.

In my house, the correct way is on the loo roll holder rather than balanced on the cistern or windowsill. I am not too fussed about which way it hangs; I try not to fret the small stuff.

You're lucky, in our house they are usually kicked around the floor by 'Mr "Ooops, word censored!"ody'
