Awww thank you everyone! To think that all this began with Omlet, a pink eglu, 2 Gingernut Rangers & a Pepperpot!

I just know we will cause a few smirks & tongues in cheeks with the locals. Especially me with my pj's on & pink wellies & wheelbarrow! Plus I always have my makeup on. It just makes me feel girly & ready to face anyone. He he.

Hubby is getting carried away. It's got a stream going through the land & a bridge over it, that you have to cross to get to your house. He was asking me last night if we could have duck races! Ermm just me & him & 2 plastic pound shop ducks. Oh god, the village will wonder whats hit it. Then he was on about a small water wheel to generate some power. Space Chick - just don't let him ever meet your hubby. Two inventors together!

All I can think about is - more chooks, hatching, new incubators,animals, cooking in the Rayburn, my birthday there in October & Xmas.

Definite invites going out once we've settled & plenty of space to pitch a tent or bring a caravan - plus spare rooms.

And...breathe!

Hubby does a mean Welsh accent too.

Well done. We are trying to sell our house at the moment and have seen a place we want with a river. Like you hubby mine wants a water wheel to generate power. He is a tool maker/engineer and an innvovater. They are very handy to have around aren't they
