Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

I broke my arm yesterday falling from my horse, who decided to bolt

 

Must say NHS were fantastic. Went to Broomfield hospital in essex. Big thanks to ambulance drivers, paramedic, nurses, doctors, consultants, ordalies,porters and X-ray staff . Anyone out there that does this kind of job, you have my high praise

Ouch! Does hurt a little bit when you break a bone doesn't it Try and take it easy, and as I tell everyone who breaks something, steer clear of fizzy drinks as it can inhibit bone regrowth and take calcium supplement. I am sure this helped my ankle heal quickly when I broke that 8 years ago. At least with a broken arm you can still get about if you want

Ouchie! It's definitely a long way down from a 17hh horse! Glad it's not put you off riding - if we worried about all the things that could happen to us when riding, none of us would ever get on a horse Hope it mends quickly
