Joojoo Posted June 14, 2009 Share Posted June 14, 2009 Just to let you all know, as you were so supportive to me earlier in the year, but Dad passed away last Thursday. He had been in and out of hospital since February, and was admitted again for the final time last Sunday. His poor body just couldn't take anymore. I'm obviously very upset as he was such a huge part of my life, but I'm also comforted by the fact that nothing can hurt him now. He has suffered so much and never complained. (Same age as I am now.....Frightening!) Keep talking about him and remember the good times. When my dad died no one would mention him, and that I found very hard. You can't just ignore someones existence just because they're no longer there in person. Heartfelt thoughts with you and your family.
