I think I only heard the cockerel crow once in the two weeks he was here, they were so well behaved and sweet, hubby was quite smitten with them

How absolutely gorgeous. I had a Brahma boy, hatched him from an egg, sadly he crowed from about 4am until 11pm so had to go If I ever get another hen house I'd LOVE some Brahmas, I've got a Brahma bantam (who is the size of a normal hen!) such lovely birds. Very VERY jealous
