Valkyrie Posted December 9, 2011 Share Posted December 9, 2011 Girls yelling in the garden - no, not a little bird stuck in the fruit cage - a pane of glass fell over in the veggie patch and the tarpaulin over the cube was flapping wildly. So I had to go and walk round the garden with my entourage to make sure everything was OK (it was - no cats and no hawks, no rats or mice or squirrels). This had to be repeated 3 times before they were happy!!! Just been outside and it's a lovely clear night and I could see my breath in the torchlight. I had to drive to Lampeter as our village postal system was down & the surrounding area. Was a horrendous drive back in the whirlwind rain - lashing against the car & the wind. Oh my god! I absolutely love driving, but it took me ages to get back. There was a wierd fog about too. The wind is really whistling down the chimney tonight. Brrrrrrrrrrr.
