Many years ago my grandson, aged about 8 at the time, asked why there was a pack of playing cards on the label of the co-op bottle of cola we had just bought. I didn't know and jokingly suggested he write to them and ask them. He did! And also got a lovely reply back

I once had a lovely reply back from British Rail (as they were in those days) I used to take the train from S E London up to Herts to see my folks and would take the dog with me. I was never charged for the dog, but on one occasion I was (in error), I wrote to BR on behalf of the dog, with photos of her with her train tickets and got a lovely letter back from the puppies belonging to someone in the customer relations dept there.
