Thought we needed a happy topic. (plus the fact I want to tell you how excited I am about this weekend).

 

SO, what are you looking forward to doing this weekend?

 

I am going to see The Tempest at Stratford on Friday evening

Then going to the Emirates on Saturday to see "Ooops, word censored!"nal vs Blackburn.

Two extremes on the "culture scale" eh?

I'm going to see the Tempest on Saturday in Stratford... And having a weekend at my aunties with no kids!!! Am sure I'll miss them but am giddy with the thought of all the me time!!! Enjoy!

Saturday - Taking the dog to be wormed and have a flea killing bath (Not so great)

Then going to Walton on the Naze with some friends we haven't seen in ages. (Great chance for dog to undo all that hard work and get REALLY dirty again! )

Then cooking dinner for said friends, then cinema.

On sunday we're going to Dedham (Constable country) with some other friends and ANOTHER chance for dog to get even more dirty!!!

 

Ever since we've been fostering Gina (the dog) we've got out and about and explored loads of new places. Love weekends like that.

 

Just want the weather to be half decent!!

We are going to the dogs at Henlow friday night and a meal, my first time sounds like fun.

 

have no idea rest of weekend, cleaning out chickens in there somewhere

 

having 3 hung over teenagers (well 2 teens and 22yr old) as they are all going out for first time clubbing with their sister 18 last week.of course i waited till i was 18 before i went to a nightclub

A giddy weekend as usual Washing, cleaning, making beds, cleaning chickens ( nicest job), gardening, ironing and cooking!!. Just the usual and nothing special at all this weekend I am afraid.

Reading my book is the most exciting thing I can think about.

On Saturday we'll have lunch in a sushi bar in London then off to see Entertaining Mr Sloane at Trafalgar Studios in London (wedding anniversary treat).

 

Sunday - cleaning out the aquarium. It's a horrible job but you feel really virtuous afterwards

Going to use up my loyalty points in a hotel near the Solent - dinner bed and breakfast for the four of us...............anyone recommend any chickeny places in New Forest, Southampton ish kind of way? We've got nothing planned for Saturday!

Saturday - going to my cousins engagement party, undecided about this, don't know whether I'm looking forward to it or not

 

Sunday - taking my DS out, it's his birthday on Monday so we're going to the pictures and out for lunch. I AM looking forward to this! He decided on a family day out thank goodness!

Saturday I'm picking up omlet netting from palmer07 and cuddling her chooks before heading down the M11 to collect some ebay-bargain furniture and onto lunch with my brother and SiL and their 4 children.

 

Sunday I am hoping to have a whole day at home. I've been on holiday since last Friday and have been running around ever since, so I'm really looking forward to a whole day of not going out and not doing anything (except cuddling my own chooks and cats!)

Allotment Tidying day on Saturday - all allotmenteers meeting up to have a general tidy of the site and lay some woodchip paths.

Well on Saturday I am shooting and helping to organise my archery clubs indoor club championships which is indoors and on Sunday I am doing some more archery, outdoors this time so hope the sun shines and then lots of club members are going out for Sunday lunch at the local golf club where we shoot.

Must be the year for The Tempest productions as we're going to see the Stamford Shakespeare Company's production of this in the summer . Hope you enjoy it .

 

I suspect our weekend will include lots of digging as we need to sort out the drainage channels at the allotment as the soil is claggy as anything at the moment! The boys and I are going to Sacrewell Farm near Peterborough on Saturday morning though while LSH is golfing and we're hoping to feed some lambs again. Lovely place !!

Well we are trying to rebook Thailand for next year, so I think a trip to the travel agents. We are also trying to find a kitten & a trio / quartet of silkies!

Well I'd like to say I'll be going to the choir's annual party but I really need to go through 60 school books and update a sheet to give to the dreaded moderators on Monday morning. If I get it done by Sta evening I'll go . . always so entertaining.

Saturday i will be in the garden laying more slabs for WIR. Dancing Cloud is popping in to pick up some Omlet netting and to cuddle the chooks. I will eat my lovely wooly hally hamsen hat is OSH lets her get a cuddle!

 

Little Bro Palmer06 may be paying a visit too so no doubt have to feed him!

Friday evening - going to a friend's to make jewellery (better get it finished before too much wine is partaken of!)

 

Sat am - taking YS to rugby training (playing in a final at Murrayfield on Wed . Will be posting separately for positive Omlet vibes )

 

Sat pm - clearing out garage and sorting garden shed now the gardeners have finished. Possible trip to council tip!

 

Sun - more of the same no doubt plus a possible visit to garden centre.
