Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Hey guys

 

Feeling a bit down at the moment as have been on crutches for 8 weeks and am on them for another 3 up until the 22nd December

 

I can't do anything, even going outside to say hello to the chooks is dangerous what with all this rain, I miss them!

 

But it has reminded me how lucky I am that I am only on them for 11 weeks not my whole life.

 

So if you see a teenager on crutches at the National then it's probably me!

At least the end is in sight, soon it will be no more crutches (and no more reasons for getting out of cleaning chooks in the mud and rain! 0

I confess to an occasional feeling of "do I have to" about going out to the chooks in this weather but go out I do...I can't imagine how hard it would be to have "forced separation" from them
