Ain't Nobody Here

Half Marathon tomorrow - I'm back :-)

Good Luck!! I am sure that you will be fine. Make sure that you don't get caught up in the moment at the start though and go off too quickly. Take it steady, you can always speed up a little when you have properly warmed up and settled in. Are you have a good pasta meal tonight? - plenty of fluids too (no booze though :shameonu: ). Above all enjoy it, you have trained really hard :D

Really pleased - managed it in 2 hrs 9 mins (unofficial time!). Weather was really good, sunny spells with a bit of cloud, a light wind but nothing too bad. Managed sub-10 min mile average which I'm delighted with 8) .

It was so nice to have Sparkysmum and dad (and Sparky and Daisy, their lovely doggies!) cheering me on at the finishing line 8):D .

Thankfully, the photo that Sparkysdad took is more of his thumb than me  .
