Got an interview at the RSPB - I got the job :-)

I got the job :dance: .

 

I was fairly confident after the "informal chat" this morning - lovely woman and we both agreed we would get on well - but she wanted to speak to the person who interviewed me before confirming. Got the call this afternoon confirming they were "very impressed" with me :oops: . I basically got to pick my hours and days so went for 20 hours (slightly less than the job description) and 9.30-1.30 so I miss the rush hour on the bypass 8) . It's flexible on both sides, though, so we can discuss changes at time goes on. Flexi-time too, which will be handy.

 

The woman who will be doing my induction/training is away for 2 weeks just after I finish my current job so I'll get a week off, then my 5 day holiday in Athens, then start work when we get back 8) .
