feemcg
8 boys and 2 girls went to their new homes yesterday then I had a big clean out jetwashing eglus and replacing hemcore in the runs. The 2 wee ducks then went out in the growers run with the 5 remaining chicks (3 are going next week and I'm keeping 2). So I have my utility room back

chelsea
Oooh.....what is a Splash maran? I haven't heard of those. Sounds exotic. Our cochin is a splash (but we call her lavender)...she is a grey colour with splashes of purple/dark grey. She is literally "splashed" with a darker colour randomley - with no pattern! chelsea
Any chance of a picture. the ones in my gallery of her is when she was really young with no developed "splash". Now she is older there are more splashes appearing but I dont have a photo of her at this age at the moment. I will get one though!!

theherd123
My ood news today is that i have made 3 necklaces, got my antique chair back from the restorers which looks brilliant and painted my toenails a shocking sparkly red!
Ain't Nobody Here
My girls' good news is that they freeranged all day today - from 9am till 4pm. I used to only let them out if I was looking on from the kitchen but I'm getting a bit braver. Foxes don't generally come out during the daytime .... do they? . Olly
ooh Vicki, be careful. Depends if you're in an urban or rural area, but I live in a town and the fox strolls across the garden at any time of day. Or he did, till I got a Foxwatch - I wouldn't risk it. We want this to be the Good News thread!
Ain't Nobody Here
- I haven't ever seen a fox during the day, but you're right, I suppose I need to be more cautious. I'm sure they're happy enough in the run.

Martin B
I don't think Emma should be posting in here today, she's only had bad news. Whereas, I had a lovely present from my old friend Liam when he scored an own goal and reinstated the fact that Villa are the best team in the Midlands.
