No but if the nest box and bars are interchangeable as james says then you can put the nest box at the back next to the door

 

It will also be easier to lift chooks in and out if you take them out at dusk to do treatments etc..

 

It will also be easier to attach that to a WIR as you only need to be able to get to the back as opposed to the side

I do much prefer the shape of the Eglu Classic, it's not a patch on that. However, as a cheaper alternative :think: I'm thinking of one as a broody coop, but need to know if the bars could be removed to suit the chicks. I also think they would be able to escape easier out of the back, whereas with the egg port you could control who got in and out! :lol:

Just shown hubby & we both want one! :D:dance: So we are saving up for one or two now.

We love the yellow..what other colours are there & do you have to build it yourself?

 

We will be keeping our classics too.

 

We like how the back opens out on the new one & the large water drinker. Lets face it chooks love to dunk their heads when drinking. :roll:

P.S wonder ho long it will be before we see eglu go's appearing in our signatures? :wink:

I really like the back door opening and pull out slidey tray, but prefer the 'classic' shaped eglu and the old style grub + glug aswell.

 

Not sure I'll rush out to get one, but would be interested :)

 

Will be good to see one in the flesh tomorrow :D

Ok just looked and not happy as I would have preffered it AND saved money and only had my Eglu a couple of weeks. Not as fond on the shape but some of the features and the new feeder and drinker things I like and that I could have the door somewhere else as our door doesnt open full as garden not long enough.

 

Grrrr :evil::twisted::evil:

Has it arrived yet? Maybe you could swap the order over, I thought you could until the day before it was delivered (or something similar)
