My girls are named after Dr Who Assistants so I wanted something Spacey/Science fictiony (originally I used my name and initial), it was my very dear and lovely friend Chick Wiggle who came up with Space Chick for me, and I love it

I used to be noeglu, as I was saving up for one at the time I joined, (I did have chickens though), then when I finally got my eglu I changed to ubereglu. I got the idea from the uber-chick articles featuring the eglu in newspapers!

My ED found my avatar on Google images I think, she then adapted it for Christmas use, so I have 2 and I am not very computer savvy so I have stuck with it, and I quite like my cockerel I can't have a real one in suburbia.

One of my chickens is called Lucky, and I love chickens! The '-' after it comes from when I signed up, and accidently used the wroing email (I wote down my email ending with .com when it really ends with .co.uk ) I couldn't get the conformation email because of this, so signed up again , but I couldn't use LuckyChickenLover because I had already taken it. So I just added a hyphen

Mine is based on my late father's nickname for me - "Jennifer Jane from down the lane" - which is MUCH longer than my real name.
