scarlettohara Posted September 9, 2011 Share Posted September 9, 2011 (edited) Although I don't think anything will be decided as he is still refusing to reveal information but my new solicitor is asking for Direction from the Court re his inheritance prospects. Some of you may rememeber I had to get an adjournment and new solicitor after my old ones requested an advance of £5000 just to attend court Mike is a solicitor who works from home and is acting for a friend - his is charging me a fraction of that Everything he has done so far has been extremely professional and helpful - just shows the law is the law whichever solicitor you choose Edited September 12, 2011 by Guest Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
