The service was perfect, we all sat down during the service so we were the same height as dad in his wheelchair. There was quite " the buzz" around the hospice as they don't often get to do wedding. We had part of the cafe/communal room booked for after, dominos pizza delivery, cake and champagne....a perfect day. My children and there partners didn't have a clue, so to see them all sitting there in there normal clothes in a relaxed environment with the look of shock and awe on there faces seeing mum and dad get married after 30 odd years together was just what I wanted and for dad to be with me was magical.
