Don't worry about not knowing what to say, at times likes these people know that its very hard to articulate properly. Take time to digest the news yourself before trying to contact anyone else. Sometimes you just have to let people know that you are thinking of them and that you are there for them if they need you. Don't forget that you need to look after yourself too. So sorry.
